Headquarters Hotel is the Sheraton with $99 room rates for Friday or Saturday (April 16 & April 17). Mention the Austin Magic Auction. We have a small block of rooms booked at this rate so get your reservations in NOW! This hotel is a short walk to auction central and the sixth street entertainment district.
Consignments accepted January 2, 2010. Please remember that the limit on stage items for 2010 will be 250 items. The total limit for silent auction items will be 1,250 items. Don't be disappointed. Submit your items as soon as possible. Download the seller information spreadsheet to list your items. (See the FAQ for details on selling.) There is a limit of 100 items per seller with no duplications without express written consent of the auction chariman. ALL ROOM RESERVATIONS MUST GO THROUGHT THE AUCTION CHAIRMAN:

Admission to the auction is still just $10. Seller's fee is 10% of the final sale and only if your item sells will you be charged. Remember, early arrivals will have coffee and donuts available at no charge.
