Q2: I’ve never been to this auction. How does it work?
A: The auction consists of a large silent auction and a day-long stage auction. Both auctions concluded late in the afternoon, at which time each bidder’s winnings are bagged and amount owed is calculated. Once a bidder’s items are ready, they check out and leave. Please note you must be present at the end of the auction (typically 4pm or so depending on the number of items being auctioned) in order to pay for and collect your winnings!

Q5: How do I buy things in the auction?
You must be present at the auction to bid. To enter the auction, all you have to do is pay the $15 admission fee. You will receive a bidder’s number which you use to bid on any items in the silent and live auctions.
For the live auction, please hold the number high and call out your number if requested to do so by the nearsighted auctioneers. In the silent auction, each item has a bid sheet on which you can write your bidder number and bid amount. It is very simple!
